1. Service and intended user
BeyondCurious-Auto is a channel-owner tool, not a public multi-user publishing platform. It is operated by the Beyond Curious channel owner. Questions: kr657858@gmail.com. Cloud-v1 is a prepared extension; it is not yet an activated production service.
2. Authorized use
Only the configured Telegram owner may approve scheduling. You must have authority over the connected YouTube channel and all submitted media. Do not submit credentials in Telegram messages or use the system to impersonate another channel owner. The Privacy Policy describes information handling and the current limits of deletion automation.
3. Scheduling and responsibility
The cloud workflow requires an initial owner action and a separate short-lived confirmation, verifies the target channel and video, and is designed to schedule at 18:00 Europe/Kyiv while leaving the video Private. It blocks conflicting dates and stale or repeated actions. Network failures may leave an uncertain result that requires a read-only check; a repeat action must not be assumed safe.
The operator remains responsible for reviewing scientific claims, captions, rights, settings and the selected date. The application does not guarantee content accuracy, audience growth, uninterrupted availability or publication at an exact second. Google, YouTube, Cloudflare and Telegram control their own availability and policies. No service-level promise is offered.
4. Third-party terms
By using application features that use YouTube API Services, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's Privacy Policy applies to Google's processing. Telegram and Cloudflare also apply their respective terms to their services. BeyondCurious-Auto is not a Google, YouTube or Telegram product and does not claim endorsement.
5. Stopping use
The owner may stop the workflow and revoke Google authorization. Revocation does not automatically remove previously uploaded videos or cancel schedules already saved in YouTube. Use YouTube Studio to review those schedules, and contact the operator for application-data deletion.
6. Availability, changes and contact
The tool is provided as available. Its functions may change, be suspended or require renewed authorization. Nothing here limits rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
